Charity R Clark | Broker of Record & Owner

About Me.

Charity Clark has mastered the Cape May Real estate world selling hundreds of homes during her 27-year career. She summered in Cape May as a little girl as her mother managed the Congress Hall Dining Room and her family ran several Cape May hotels. During the cycles of her life, she managed the Congress Hall Dining Room while in college, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Rutgers University. Her love of historic properties came from spending years in old Cape May hotels and also from her engineer father, whose hobbies were reading historical biographies of American Presidents and antique restoration for his 1820 estate near Williamsburg, VA, called "Marialva." Charity decided to give real estate a “try” before moving on to graduate school. She quickly became a real-estate expert and never left Cape May.

She has raised her 3 children while managing a busy and successful real estate career. When her children were all teenagers, she launched her own office with Cape Resorts – the Cape Resorts Realty Group - rejoining her family at Congress Hall. Charity is very well known in the community and has volunteered on many committees. She is currently on the executive board of the Cape May Chamber of Commerce. Charity is an award-winning broker, achieving numerous awards for top real estate sales performance.
