Since 2004, I have guided literally hundreds and hundreds of home buyers and sellers through the challenging, yet very personal process of home ownership.

As a South Jersey native, and from a very early age, I experienced Cape May in a variety of ways... tourist, investor, second homeowner and eventually, local. That journey, that perspective from different points of view allows me to better understand my clients, their goals, and ultimately the realization of their dreams.

To describe myself a bit... Born with two ears and one mouth, and an understanding of how they work, I find I am well suited to listen intently to the aspirations of my clients while asking the right questions. Exhibiting an ebullient personality, integrity of a Boy Scout and tenacity of a bulldog... personality traits that may each come into play as market conditions, negotiations, and common goals dictate, I’ve been told I have “enough energy to power a small city,“ according to a past client.

Successful real estate agents often list various sales awards as a testament to their success. While a barometer for some, I prefer the repeat business from families, referrals from my client base, and the kind words of the people I‘ve helped achieve their dreams as my benchmarks.
